This house was originally built in the late 1960s by the Department of Works.

The project involved alterations and additions to create a more contemporary residence, both internally and externally, whilst retaining the majority of the existing structure.

The work involved creating simple lines and flowing spaces, bringing in natural light, linking with the garden and introducing natural finishes for both internal and external spaces.

The original modest house has been transformed into a contemporary residence with minimal loss of the original building.
